Our Warranty.

Every watch sold by Tagas Watches comes with our own dealer warranty. This covers mechanical defects and movement issues and is separate from any remaining manufacturer's warranty that may also be included.

Our warranty period is six months from the date of purchase. During this time, if you experience any issues with your watch that are not the result of accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

To make a warranty claim, contact us via the form on our Contact page with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Please note that our warranty does not cover water damage beyond the watch's stated water resistance rating, strap or bracelet wear, glass scratches, or cosmetic damage.
